Empowering inclusive pathways to employment
The P2P – Pathways to Progress project is designed to support the successful integration of migrants into the labour market through an inclusive, flexible, and practical training approach.
At its core, P2P equips trainers and educators with the tools they need to recognise prior learning, identify individual training needs, and guide learners through personalised pathways. The project places strong emphasis on language development and cultural adaptation, ensuring that training is both accessible and relevant to diverse learner backgrounds.
What we do
P2P combines research, innovation, and real-world testing to create impactful training solutions:
- Assess prior learning and uncover hidden skills and competencies
- Design tailored learning pathways that respond to individual needs
- Support language and cultural integration for better workplace inclusion
- Adapt and transfer best practices across different contexts and sectors
Through a combination of desk research, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder consultations, the project builds a solid evidence base to inform all its outputs.
Our Approach
Research & Analysis
In-depth research identifies challenges, opportunities, and support needs related to migrant integration.
Development
Based on these insights, P2P creates targeted training modules, a learning itinerary, and a comprehensive trainer’s guide.
Pilot Testing
All materials are tested in real training environments to ensure relevance, quality, and scalability.
Refinement & Recommendations
Feedback from pilots informs final improvements and practical recommendations for wider use.
